– Types of contribution –
Plenary Conferences: 45 minutes (35 minutes plus 10 min. for questions)
Plenary talks are closed and the speakers have been chosen by the Scientific Committee.
Oral presentations: 15 minutes (12 minutes talk plus 3 min. for questions)
The attending scientists will submit their abstract during the submission period; abstracts will then be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Those who have been presented with the option of an oral communication and who are also considered by the Scientific Committee will be chosen for this format.
Invited Conferences: 15 minutes (12-minute talk plus 3 min. for questions)
The Scientific Committee will invite selected, internationally relevant speakers in the various thematic areas covered at the meeting.
Sponsored Conferences: 15 minutes (12-minute talk plus 3 min. for questions)
Companies related to the field of the Meeting can propose speakers for conferences in the established topics. These proposals will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and if accepted, these speakers will be sponsored by the companies that suggested them.
Most of the accepted abstracts are scheduled for a paper poster session. Paper posters will be displayed in the poster area of the congress venue. Recommended poster measurements are: 120 cm. high by 90 cm wide (portrait format).
